Driving Resilience Innovation in the UK Water Sector
The UK Water Partnership was created to provide leadership and a unified approach to our efforts here in the UK. Both to contribute to the development of sustainable solutions and to ensure that the UK’s experts, innovators, and entrepreneurs are at the forefront of the global response. The Water Resilience initiative is one of the latest workstreams the UK Water Partnership has focused its efforts toward. The UK is in a strong position to help develop a water resilience future globally, utilizing its expertise, knowledge, and global links.
Against that background, the UK Water Partnership has developed a Water Resilience White Paper which examines the contribution that water resilience will play in shaping our industry and the water economy. This year, we have updated the paper to include new case studies and additional areas where the UK is gaining expertise in water resilience, such as flooding systems thinking products and services, AI, and nature-based solutions. The paper is a live document which will be updated with new exemplar case studies of UK expertise in Water Resilience at scheduled intervals. For more information you can check out the white paper below.
